David L. Marcinowski

Role and Expertise

David works closely with both for profit and not for profit clients to design, implement and manage their organizations retirement plans. He is also the co-head of retirement services and a Principal of Exude-FRS, an affiliate of FRS Advisors.

With over 15 years of financial services experiences and a varied background including both the institutional and retail sides of the business David brings a unique approach to the practice. His consultative nature and approach lends itself to the ever changing retirement plan landscape.

Professional Experience

David began his career on the institutional sales/trading desk of TMC Bonds (formerly TheMuniCenter), a joint venture between Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup. During his seven years with the firm, David became a leader in the online municipal bond trading space and gained valuable experience with some of the country’s largest pension funds, endowments, and charitable trusts.

David went on to work for a multinational sports marketing firm and two successful private equity-backed ventures, where he focused on the operational effectiveness and business development of portfolio company investments.
