Dawn joined the FRS client services team in 2010. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services area. Prior to joining FRS, Dawn was a participant services representative for Principal Financial Group Pension Advisory Firm (PACS). Throughout her career, Dawn has served many roles in the retirement plan space; she is currently a Customer Service Representative for defined contribution plans at FRS Advisors. In her time off, Dawn is a cross-stitch enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her family.
